We are the leaders! This is the way I think of my work in leadership--that we each have a responsibility to lead, whether it's in family, community, work, school, club, or some other place. Leadership can be courageous and compassionate--it doesn't need to be charismatic and dramatic. My soul friend of over 40 years is coming from Chicago to collaborate with me and share our experience and knowledge in encouraging and helping people to be more connected with others through basic principles of communication and building intimacy. There are a few spaces open in our workshop if you want to come to Kamakura on May 11 to learn how to be a more heartful leader in your own powerful way. We'll do it bilingually in Japanese and English.
