Traveled to the Big Island of Hawaii and met Mayumi Oda--a woman warrior who inspires me to keep going, doing what I can while I'm here and able. We exchanged books and this is in her new autobiography, Sarasvati's Gift: "Now is the time to restore the gods and goddesses again, all over the world, by being deeply in touch with nature, spirit, ourselves, and one another. Now I'm in my late seventies and back to painting and growing organic food, practicing random kindness and senseless acts of beauty."
Mayumi still works hard to develop a productive and harmonious community dedicated to wellness and education with a mission to inspire people to reconnect with nature and be kinder to themselves, the neighbors, and the planet.
