Japan/U.S. Organizational Consulting

I provide consultation and training on Japanese-American human relations to Japanese and American governmental organizations and private institutions dealing with the challenges of diversity and globalization. Consulting includes cultural mediation, leadership development, and conflict resolution for Japan’s Ministry of Education, the U.S. Marines, U.S. Navy, and corporations and universities with multicultural work forces. My focus is on the use of self as a Japanese/American, using the gifts of my heritage, education, and lived experience in Japan and the United States to enhance understanding of identities and human relations.
